Our menu
From pork roast, braised beef and tender ribs - we cook every dish tradtionally, slow and without flavor enhancers - daily. Our schnitzel are battered only at your order and fried in oil and lard. For the steaks we use best beef. Our cheese is regional or from small farmers in switzerland and austria. Why? Because only best product gives best results and satisfied customrers. Easy as that :)
